What is in the pack?

• The HazLoc evidence-request lesson and functional-safety handover lesson, their fictional cases, practice questions, public worked examples and reusable blank evidence-request cards.

You need a PDF reader, a text editor or a current web browser for the respective formats. No BarrierNotes account is needed. You may print and keep your own copies for one learner's own study. Redistribution, resale, publication, LMS upload and group training are not included.

How buying and delivery work

1. Read this page and the linked purchase terms. Select Pay £9 once when checkout is available.
2. Stripe opens its secure payment page. Enter a correct email address and review the product, quantity one and final payment total before you pay. Correct mistakes on that page, or return here without paying.
3. At checkout, choose a preferred format yourself in the required instant-download dropdown. Both choices request immediate supply and acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights end when downloading begins. Neither is preselected; whichever preference you choose, you still receive all three files. Our separate unconditional 14-day full-refund promise still applies, even after download. Accept the separate purchase-terms checkbox and pay once using the methods shown by Stripe. If Stripe offers a local-currency option, it displays the final local amount and conversion before payment; the pack's base price remains GBP £9.
4. After confirmed payment, return to the BarrierNotes download page. It verifies the payment and provides the PDF, plain-text and offline HTML files automatically, after first providing your full saveable purchase confirmation.
5. Save your files and terms. Browser downloads are available for 30 days from payment while the payment remains valid. Keep your private confirmation link and browser access private.

Automatic delivery uses the browser return from Stripe; no delivery email is promised. If you close checkout before the return or lose access, use the support details on the business details page and provide your payment reference. You will not need to submit answers or confidential project records.

14-day full refund

BarrierNotes gives you an unconditional contractual full refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, even after downloading. This separate promise applies after the statutory cancellation right ends on download. Refunds use the original payment method, with no cancellation fee.
