What you are buying

One BarrierNotes printable awareness workbook pack, BN-AW-PACK-01 version 1.0.0, in English: a 23-page printable PDF (87,287 bytes), a UTF-8 plain-text workbook (48,026 bytes) and an offline HTML workbook (45,927 bytes). It contains the two original free awareness lessons, their fictional evidence dossiers, written activities, public worked examples and blank evidence-request cards.

The same lesson material remains available free on the BarrierNotes website. This purchase provides a convenient printable layout and offline files. It is introductory awareness and formative practice, not marked assessment, instructor review, certification, a competence assessment, engineering approval or instructions for safety-critical work. The pack was prepared with AI assistance; qualified human technical review remains pending.

Price and payment

The base total is GBP £9 once for one pack, including any applicable tax. There are no added delivery fees, optional extras, subscriptions or automatic renewals. If Stripe offers local-currency payment, its final local amount and conversion are displayed before payment.

Stripe processes the payment using the methods shown on its checkout page. BarrierNotes does not receive your full card number or security code. The order requires payment when you press the final payment button.

Order steps and correcting mistakes

Read the offer and these terms, then select Pay £9 once on the workbook page when checkout is available. On Stripe, enter a correct email address; check the product, quantity one, payment method and final total. Edit mistakes before paying, or leave checkout and return to the website without placing a paid order.

Select your preferred format in the required instant-download dropdown. Both choices expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights end when downloading begins; neither is preselected. The preference does not change the contents: you receive all three files whichever choice you select. Separately, agree to the purchase terms using the required terms checkbox, then press Stripe’s payment button to pay. Our independent unconditional 14-day full-refund promise still applies, even after download.

After payment, return to the BarrierNotes download page. It verifies the paid order and provides your full saveable purchase confirmation first, then the three files. The purchase terms are in English. You can save this page or its plain-text copy before paying.

Automatic delivery and keeping your files

Downloads are supplied automatically in the browser after the payment has been confirmed and verified. No delivery email is promised. Browser download access lasts for 30 days from payment while the payment remains valid; save your own copies of the files and purchase terms.

Use a PDF reader, text editor or current web browser for the corresponding formats. No BarrierNotes account or learning software subscription is needed. Keep the private payment confirmation link and browser access private: sharing them can give another person access to the files.

If you close checkout before returning to the download page, lose browser access, or payment succeeds but delivery fails, email support with your payment reference for help or a refund. Do not send card details, passwords, identity documents, confidential records or your private download capability link.

One-learner study licence

The pack is licensed for one learner’s own study. You may save and print your own copies. Redistribution, resale, publication, sharing copies, employer group training and LMS upload are not included. Third-party source links remain subject to their owners’ terms; buying this pack does not grant rights to reproduce their publications.

This is a purchase of a fixed version of the pack, not an ongoing training service or a promise of future updates. Full HZ-101 and FS-101 courses remain in development and are not included.

Cancellation and a full 14-day refund

By consenting to immediate supply and acknowledging it at checkout, your statutory cancellation right ends when downloading begins. Separately, BarrierNotes gives you an unconditional contractual right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund, even if you have downloaded the files. To cancel, email barriernotes@proton.me with your order or payment reference and a clear request to cancel. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.

The full amount paid will be refunded within 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, through the original payment method. There is no cancellation or refund fee. After cancellation, the study licence ends and future browser downloads stop. Files already saved cannot be recalled remotely.

Your other statutory rights are unaffected. This policy does not restrict rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content, and those rights may apply beyond this 14-day policy. Contact support if there is a problem. Refund and support requests are handled by the seller; an email does not itself issue an automatic refund.

Privacy and purchase records

Stripe processes buyer contact, billing, payment and transaction information. The BarrierNotes download service verifies purchase and refund status with Stripe and uses two necessary, time-limited cookies on the download host: __Host-bn-download for purchase access and __Host-bn-confirmation to record that the complete purchase-confirmation attachment was supplied before pack access. Both are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, expire after at most 30 days, and contain no card details or buyer identity. Cloudflare supplies website and download hosting. The privacy notice explains these services, records and your information rights.

Save the terms and payment reference supplied after payment. These terms are not a VAT invoice or a statement that the seller is VAT registered. Stripe supplies the payment receipt.
